Join us in this heartfelt and inspiring day at the Masonic Homes of California, as we walk in honor of the loved ones we've lost, those still fighting, and the families impacted by memory loss.

Community Service. Community Values.

Rooted in the Masonic tenets of compassion, service, and community, our campus echoes the heartbeat of Northern California; a place where people of all backgrounds come together to improve their world. We honor individuality, celebrate diversity, and ensure every voice is heard, respected, and valued.

For more than 125 years, the Masonic Homes has cared for families with compassion and support. Now, we invite you to experience what it means to live in a place where dignity, connection, and lifelong care are more than promises. They’re guiding principles.

Our beautiful, pet-friendly village is set into the East Bay hills above Union City, and includes:

  • Acacia Creek Retirement Community, a Certified Center for Successful Aging offering upscale independent living with aging-in-place services.
  • The campus’s original 1898 building, beautifully restored, offering elegant independent and assisted living.
  • The Pavilion, home to our steady-care assisted living center—higher support that’s not skilled nursing but offers 24/7, higher-intensity support services.
  • “Traditions,” our memory care program, which features some of the most progressive treatment and support for those dealing with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory loss anywhere in the state.
  • And many other specialized services for every stage of aging.
