Terry Quigley
President and Chief Executive Officer, Masonic Homes of California and Acacia Creek
Terry is an accomplished leader steeped in building high-trust relationships, innovative services, and growth at mission-driven human service organizations like ours. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the senior living sector, Quigley brings operational sophistication to the Masonic Homes of California. Prior to this appointment, Quigley was the chief operating officer for Episcopal Communities and Services in Southern California, where she oversaw three CCRCs, one assisted living community, and one affordable housing community, serving roughly 700 residents. A graduate of UC San Diego and San Diego State University, Quigley has spent most of her career in the California senior care industry.
Julie Mammad
Executive Director, Acacia Creek
Julie brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living, with leadership across multiple levels of care including sub-acute skilled nursing, skilled nursing rehabilitation, and continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). Prior to joining Acacia Creek, she served as Executive Director at The Reutlinger Community, where she oversaw a 60-bed skilled nursing facility and 120 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Soledad Martinez
Executive Director, Masonic Homes
Soledad Martinez has worked for the Masonic Homes for over 26 years, serving seniors and their families in various capacities. She received her Associate Degree in Human Services and Early Childhood Development from Chabot College in Hayward, California. She is a member of Leading Age of California – the state’s leading advocate for quality, not-for-profit senior living and care.
Carol Hunter
Chief Financial Officer, Masonic Homes of California and Acacia Creek
Carol Hunter is a finance professional leading accounting and operational teams for more than 25 years. As Chief Financial Officer of the Masonic Homes, Carol partners with the leaders of the various masonic entities to provide financial oversight and leadership. Prior to joining the Masons of California, she was the CFO of Larkin Street Youth Services, a prominent California nonprofit focused on ending youth homelessness.
Allan Casalou
Secretary of the Masonic Homes and Acacia Creek Boards
Allan joined the staff of the Freemasons in 1999 as executive director and was elected grand secretary for the first time in 2008. In his role as grand secretary, he oversees the business operations of the fraternity throughout the state. He serves as secretary to several operational and charitable boards including the Masonic Homes of California and the California Masonic Foundation. He is the chief executive of the California Masonic Memorial Temple and the Nob Hill Masonic Center. For 20 years, he was the editor of the award-winning California Freemason magazine.
